I’m Luen, a podcast production and content operations partner for busy business owners, moms, and multitaskers who don’t have time to live inside their editing software.

With nearly five years of podcast production experience and a background in admin and operations, I specialize in building calm, reliable systems behind the scenes.

I’m also a wife, mom of three, lifelong horse girl, and audio nerd—so I understand how valuable your time and energy are. My job is to make sure your podcast (and all the content that comes from it) supports your life and business, not the other way around.

You record your episode (solo or with guests) and drop the audio file into our shared folder. If you don’t have a show yet, I can help you set up a simple recording process.

Production & Repurposing

I handle editing, show notes, publishing tasks, and then pull key moments, quotes, and takeaways to turn into Reels, Shorts, and other social content.

Delivery & Posting

You receive a neatly organized folder each week with:

  • Your finished podcast episode

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Do I need to be on camera?

No. If you’d rather stay off camera, I can create audiogram-style Reels, text-based reels, and B-roll + text content from your audio alone.

Q2: Can you help me launch a new podcast?

Yes! I offer launch support as an add-on: concept, format, tech setup, cover art guidance, and launch episode production.

Q3: Do you post the content for me?

Most clients prefer to handle posting themselves or through an existing VA/social media manager, but I can manage scheduling as an add-on service.

Q4: Is there a minimum commitment?

I recommend a 3-month minimum to really see the impact of consistent content, but I’m happy to talk about what makes sense for you.

Q5: What if I miss a week of recording?

We’ll plan ahead together and batch when possible so you’re not scrambling.
